Talent is the greatest resource of the creative and cultural industries. The Creative Apprenticeship is the first ever apprenticeship designed specifically to meet the needs of the creative sector. It will allow a sector that accounts for half a million jobs to offer flexible work based training for those who may lack qualifications but not potential.

Designed by employers for employers
Creative Process offers Creative Apprenticeships in:
• Live Events & Promotion
• Music Business (Recording Industry)
• Technical Theatre (Rigging, Lighting & Sound)
• Costume & Wardrobe
• Cultural and Heritage Venue Operations
• Community Arts Management
Each apprenticeship delivers a GSCE or A level equivalent industry standard qualification, a certificate in technical competence and key skills in numeracy and communication, all deemed essential by employers to meet a required level of competency for a specific job role.

Employer requirements
As the employer you will need to:
• Employ the apprentice on a part or full time basis. Most employers pay apprentices between £95 - £180 per week
• Help support the training that we provide to ensure that the person becomes a skilled employee.
Apprentice eligibility
We can source and recruit apprentices or you can. They must be:
• Aged 16 -18
• Existing or new staff
• Ambitious, creative and keen to succeed
• Must be employed for a minimum of 30 weeks
• Non-graduates
